Servants of Christ is a active, dynamic and diverse congregation focused on servant ministry. This means that we seek to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in service to and with the world around us. Our name comes from I Corinthians 1:4 which says: "Think of us as servants of Christ and stewards of God's mysteries.

 

Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.  We do that as each of us participate in small groups that encourage our growth as disciples and as each of us find a personal place of servant ministry in the life of the church.

 

How to find us.
Our main campus is located at 3827 Broadway at I45 South (Gulf Freeway) and Broadway. Take the Broadway/Park Place exit from I45 to get to our church. Most of our outreach activities take place at our Mision Milby campus. For information about other campuses, click here.

 

Persons may join our church at the end of any worship service by presenting themselves to one of our ministers who will receive them and explain the vows of church membership. Prospective new members are asked about their faith in Christ and their willingness to support the church with their prayers, their presence (attendance), their gifts, their service, and their witness.  If a person can respond affirmatively to each of these questions, they will be received into church membership.
